POLICY AMENDMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This policy report was the result of a large literature review and personal examination of the ILL process that had been encountered by myself and group partners. It was an attempt at creating a cohesive and standardized method of developing assessment strategies for university ILL programs, implementing new ways of bettering existing ILL programs, and creating cooperative relationships between multi-library systems to universally improve ILL systems.
