• Stars denote sites that have been camped
• Dots denote areas that have been visited
• Pins denote areas that have not been visited ¹⁾

Colors

While the colors are virtually useless to Matthew ²⁾, I'm using them to show difficulty. Currently I am only applying them to sites that we've visited, and which I've deemed easy/mild/difficult to camp at. The colors are fairly self-explanatory:

• Red denotes a very difficult site to camp at - extra planning is essential for these locations, and special gear is likely needed
• Yellow denotes a site that isn't super easy, but won't require special gear or planning to accomplish
• Green denotes a site that is as easy as driving up and hanging up the hammocks

It's rather important to note that the colors do not apply to the pinned locations ³⁾. This should probably be modified, as the map currently looks like the majority of NC sites are monstrous undertakings that will kill you if you attempt them.
